Hey {NAME}! It's been a long time since I've posted a workout video. I know you've been wondering why it's been so long, and I want you to know...I hear you. The truth is, the break just felt GOOD. It's hard to explain because fitness still brings me so much joy. But, the biggest thing was that for the first time in 13 years of being online, no one was telling me how I should eat, that my workouts were "wrong," or that my body was "wrong." I had no idea how much I truly needed the step back, until I finally took it. So Sunday night, I posted [my first workout video]( in...I'm not even sure how long. Months? Ummm sliders + abs = ð I used my [new sliders]( just launched at Target, but don't worry if you don't have sliders!! You can just use towels if you have wood or tile floors, and paper plates if you have carpet. Then go back to the post and LMK how much it burned on a scale of 1-10 ð [ð¥ FIRE UP YOUR ABS ð¥]( ð¨Perfect Tees are BACKð¨ Omg it feels like [The Perfect Tee]( has been gone for SO long!! Ok but seriously, I don't use the word "perfect" lightly. The Blogifam calls these the Goldilocks of all tees...so yeah. They're pretty perfect! ð¤ Not too cropped
