The results are in 😳 Hey {NAME}! Yesterday was a big day! I went for my Dexa scan to get official results on the first 30 days of my [90 Day Journey to Muscle](. Omg I was SO NERVOUS. I had spent the first month with no concrete data to work off of, besides scale weight. Plus, the negative comments buzzing around my journey were starting to make me doubt myself. And guess what? Letting those comments get to me was a complete waste of time. My results yesterday are proof that trusting myself was always the way to go. I wrote all of my Dexa scan details out in [a blog post for you]( But omg let me tell you first that I was SHOCKED! The data I got from this is fascinating!
