Terrain 2.0 is coming for you! Hey {NAME}! This weekend was all about my little sister!!! The fam celebrated [Jackelyn's]( bday with all of her favorite food - which of course included LOTS OF DESSERT! From donuts, to banana pudding, to carrot cake pudding, to boba ice cream bars, to this mille crepe cake that took me 5 hours to make from scratch...we were WELL FED!!!! This cake right here...oh man. I wanted to do something really special for Jackelyn, so I decided to attempt a mille crepe cake...but in RAINBOW. (We both loooooveeee crepe cakes!) I found [this recipe]( on Tasty and decided to attempt it, but with a pastel twist. It was an ambitious feat that turned...disastrous. At around 12:30am in the morning of Jackelyn's bday, as I was stacking all of the crepes, they started slipping and sliding off my cake stand! I WAS FREAKING OUT. But it was totally my fault though...I decided NOT to follow the recipe for the filling and well, the cake told me who's boss 😅 Anyway... I eventually found a solution, and you know what? The cake didn't turn out so bad!!! There are so many things I would do differently next time, but all in all, it was DELICIOUS. I am so happy that we all got to indulge in it together.
