Hi Black Friday comes only once a year in the month of November. Did you know that U.S. online retail consumers spent a record $9.2 billion on Black Friday 2022? So, if you’re an affiliate marketer, you shouldn’t miss out on the holiday seasons like Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Every Black Friday season, we generate thousands of dollars in affiliate sales (in additional income). Here are a few things that work REALLY well for us. Create deal posts First, you need to list all the products that offer HEFTY discounts during the Black Friday season. Many web hosting companies, like Hostinger, Namecheap, etc., offer up to 95% discounts during the sale. Make a list of all such products. Once you’re ready with the list, create dedicated deal posts for each product. For example, you can create specific deal posts like; - Hostinger Black Friday deal - Bluehost Cyber Monday offers - Cloudways Black Friday coupon Here’s an example of our deal posts; The key here is to find long-tail keywords around the products you want to promote. You can use tools like Semrush or Ahrefs to find profitable keywords around Black Friday deals. Leverage your high-traffic posts Once you’re done creating dedicated deal posts, it’s time to bring more traffic to those pages. One simple yet effective way to get more visibility to your Black Friday posts is to leverage your existing posts. Find out your top 10 to 20 high-traffic pages on your blog. Then, briefly discuss the important Black Friday deals and interlink to those pages from above the fold. You can also use popups, exit-intent popups, push notifications, etc to promote special deals. Use review boxes and tables One underrated tip is to use review boxes and tables and show deals within your posts. Here’s an example; As you can see, we’re showing 3 compelling call-to-action buttons in the review box (in one of the deal posts). Here’s an example of showing deals in a table; When you use tables and review boxes, you get better conversions. The key here is to use clear and STRONG calls to action to convince your audience to buy the products you are promoting. Looking for more tips?
