It was a combination of disorganization, urgency mindset, and just never wanting to do the things that I knew needed to be done. I’m not talking about the “lazy” form of procrastination that usually comes to mind. In reality, procrastination comes in many forms: - Distracting yourself with busywork instead of tackling the bigger tasks on your plate - Getting stuck in planning mode instead of taking action - Neglecting priorities because you’re constantly reacting to random demands on your time - Letting perfectionism delay that big project once again These were my biggest weaknesses (especially #1 and #3). But fortunately there’s a fix. What I’ll show you tomorrow are some big breakthroughs that have helped me to consistently check off my biggest daily to-dos while only working about 35 hours per week.
