One question I get most frequently about Focus Academy is this: “How much time does it take?” I get it. When your calendar is already full with meetings, commitments, and deadlines, it’s natural to fear you won’t be able to squeeze in anything else. If that’s how you’re feeling right now, you’re not alone. Would you believe me if I said those who get the most out of Focus Academy tend to be those who are the most worried they DON’T have time for it? Such as Alexandra… A 2021 alum who was busy running a business, being a mom, and taking care of an aging parent. She described herself as a walking to-do list who was “always trying to fit something in…always trying to get more things done…I never had a moment to rest. And it was very dissatisfying.” [Focus Academy]( is your chance to hit reset and align your day-to-day schedule with your longer term goals in life — without blowing up your calendar. You don’t have to make time to sit through 30 pre-recorded videos like a typical online course (which most people end up never finishing in the first place). Instead, you only have to follow a 4-week schedule that looks like this: - Sunday: Main training videos drop — You can watch the main training at any time - Tuesday: Optional 60-minute study hall — This is a chance for you to complete your weekly implementation in a group setting where you can ask questions. - Friday: Optional 60-minute Q&A coaching session — An opportunity to ask questions and get feedback directly from my team and me. In total, you’ll need about 2 hours per week for Focus Academy. An hour or less for the training session + 60 minutes for implementation on your own (which can be done at any time during the week). That’s it! You should not have to feel like you’re moving heaven and earth to clear out that amount of time for a temporary 4-week period. I’ve seen CEOs like Mo Bunnell do it [(check out Mo’s story here - about 3/4 down the page)](. I’ve seen career-minded people [like Jenette McEntire do it.]( (Scroll down to Jenette’s video, about 75% down the page) I’ve seen entrepreneurs (and parents!) like Alexandra do it as well. How? “I put it on the calendar, and I just pushed everything else away,” she said. “It wasn’t always easy. But I was determined…It was an escape route for me, from a way of living that was really wearing me out.” See Alexandra describe how Focus Academy transformed her daily life [here](. (You’ll find her video about 75% down on [this page]( If you’re feeling pulled in a million different directions right now, you don’t have to continue down that path. Each week of Focus Academy is designed to help you untangle the many threads of your everyday life and reorient them to allow for steady, sustainable progress in the areas that matter most to you. Week 1: Vision Week (Sep. 19 – 23) We will dive into The 5 Components of a Focused Life. Using our unique template, you will be able to identify your core values and draft your life’s mission. Week 2: Strategy Week (Sep. 26 – 30) Here we will focus on goal setting plus strategy. You will identify goals for each area of your life and discover how to tie small daily actions into the larger desired outcomes you have. Already working on goals you set earlier in the year? No problem. Week 2 will help you make the tweaks and adjustments that’ll give you an even better chance of hitting them. Week 3: Habits Week (Oct. 3 – 7) The apex of Academy... in Week 3 we will help you identify habits that will move you forward in each area of your life. This is when most members have "lightbulb" moments that have a lasting long-term impact. Week 4: Margin Week (Oct. 10 – 14) In the final week, we will dive into overcoming resistance and distractions, creating Margin (a.k.a. Breathing Room) and boundaries in your life, and staying on track after Academy ends. [Click here to get all the details and secure your spot now before enrollment closes!]( You’re only 4 weeks away from a completely different way of living. You just have to make a small amount of space available in your week so it can happen. — Shawn To unsubscribe from everything, click [here](.
