Productivity is a lot like the food pyramid they used to show you in school: - Least Important: Tips and tricks and hacks and shortcuts (these are the sugary sweets and empty-calorie snacks). - Very Important: Habits and routines, your daily actions and behavior, your system of execution (these are fruits, veggies, and protein). - Most Important: Vision and values — your purpose, your priorities, your why (these were…carbs in the original food pyramid from the ‘90s? No wonder they redesigned it). So often, the stuff we crave is the stuff that’s least healthy for us. The Twitter fauxductivity tips. The “one weird life hack.” The type of content that’s everywhere you look now. If you really want to get more fulfillment and positive momentum out of your days, you need to look to the bottom of the pyramid. Your vision and values give you clarity around what’s most important. With clarity on what matters, you can install habits and routines you’ll have a much greater chance of sticking to. With rock-solid habits and routines in place, you can finally sprinkle in the occasional tip or trick that moves the needle. This is what I like to call values-based productivity. In many ways, it’s the antithesis of the hustle culture and #grindset mentality that’s so prevalent on social media. It’s about doing less, not more. The question is where do you even begin? Tomorrow, I’m going to invite you to join me in the simplest way I’ve found to fold values-based productivity into your daily life. It’s called the Build Your Dream Week Summit — a 4-part online workshop where you will create a system for consistently spending more time in the areas of life that are most important to you right now. This is a sustainable approach you will be able to use week after week to ensure you’re focused on what counts. So you can avoid distractions and make steady progress on your personal and professional goals. If you’re feeling busy all the time and you don’t know why… If you’ve tried to build a better schedule but found it impossible to stick to… You don’t have to remain at the mercy of your calendar. The Build Your Dream Week Summit will be the quick refresh you need to: - Gain a new sense of clarity on what’s most important in your life right now. - Develop a practical system for organizing your week around your key areas of focus. - Unlock the freedom to design your days the way YOU want them (instead of constantly reacting to false urgency). This will be a series of four short online workshops you can attend live or go through in your own time throughout the week. Think of it like a mid-year check-in so you can equip yourself to finish 2024 strong. The doors open tomorrow, so watch your inbox! — Shawn [In-Depth App Training for Power Users]( To unsubscribe, click [here](. Blanc Media, 714 Main St., Grandview, MO 64030, United States

Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
