#BelieveintheBx Friends! I am proud to endorse my dear friend & brother in service [John Sanchez for New York City Council in the 15th District.]( John’s commitment to public service, extensive leadership experience and bold vision for the Bronx is greatly needed at this time. The people of The Bronx who I have been honored to serve for nearly six years deserve a leader like John in the City Council. John served as my first Deputy Chief of Staff in the NYS Assembly, and I knew then that his dedication to public service would lead to this next step in his life of public service. Together, we’ve worked to set up food distribution sites in The Bronx and help restaurants earn money preparing meals during the height of the pandemic, support youth sports, and help residents get signed up for NYC ID cards. We need leaders that go above and beyond their job description. From sponsoring open gyms for teens to establishing a paid internship program to launching monthly civics and financial literacy workshops, John has consistently showed that he is ready to lead, and, I’m excited to see him bring that energy to the City Council in 2021 to serve the 15th District in The Bronx. I hope you will also support [John Sanchez for New York City Council for the 15th District]( and, [if you are able, consider making a donation. All New York City donations are matched, so your $10 donation could become $80.]( In Support, Michael Blake Friends of Michael Blake P.O.
