I never thought I'd see toxic financial decisions and “accountant” in the same sentence. It's an interesting irony, isn't it? It was unexpected, but I wasn’t surprised. The decisions people make in their professional lives are often different from the ones they make in their private lives, and I suppose this extends to finances as well. Right. So, how was the interview? It was quite revealing. The guy is self-aware enough to know what he needs to fix. He's just not sure how to. I thought that was fascinating and would resonate with many people. I seriously blame his previous workplace sha. How do companies get away with owing salaries AND eating your investment? LMAO. This didn’t make the final cut, but the subject also has this fear of poverty, which he traced back to his parents' financial struggles when he was growing up.
