Like, you just haaaaad to have that piece of chocolate right now or else? Yeah, we've all been there. I can remember, before I got control of my weight and my eating, I could not control my urge to stop at the ice cream shop on my nightly walk home from work. For me, the craving was a large vanilla frozen yogurt with a generous helping of sprinkles on top. A treat like this wouldn't be the end of the world as an occasional sweet treat, but the problem was, I was doing this every night! And not only was it showing in my weight, it was also showing on my face as adult acne. Thankfully, I was able to figure out exactly why I was experiencing these cravings and why they were so strong (almost uncomfortable actually). For me (and maybe this is the case for you too), I was not "feeding" my body the nutrients it needed. I was just merely dieting and attempting to consume the least amount of food possible to lose weight. That strategy backfired on me every single night as I left work because, not only was I really hungry, my body was also literally starving for nutrients. Not just macronutrients like proteins, carbs, and fats. It was starving for micronutrients like B vitamins, Vitamin C, and folate. Sounds like that was also the case for Ivette, one of our wonderful Beyond Diet members: "I have been changed by the [Daily Energy](. I was hesitant to invest the money on this product because I have lots of food allergies and was a bit skeptical. Within 3 days of taking this product I feel amazing! I no longer need coffee in the morning. I have lots of energy and it has helped with my cravings. For those of you a bit hesitant I say TRY IT! The taste is different and it takes time to get used to but you feel so good after taking it. This is now in my budget. I figured if I spend hundreds of dollars on a purse (or shoes, or perfume or makeup) why not on something that is actually going to help my overall health." I couldn't agree more, Ivette! If cravings are taking control of you before you can control them, I recommed following and eating all the delicious food involved in the Beyond Diet meal plans, as well as tackling any potential micronutrient deficiencies with Daily Energy. [Take control of your cravings today »]( If you've been battling with cravings or your energy levels each day, give Daily Energy a try and feel the immediate difference like Ivette did in 3 days.
