You'll find this in literally ANY household across the globe -- so there's no excuse not to try it! Hi {NAME}, It's no secret Dr. Layke and I LOVE geeking out on the latest age-fighting breakthroughs. Seriously, we could spend hours discussing polyhydroxy acids versus alpha hydroxy acids. (Boring to some, fascinating to us!) But sometimes, the most surprising look-younger “hacks” are also the simplest… And that’s especially true of today's tip. Because while this DIY costs almost nothing to make… And only requires one common pantry item… It can single-handedly reduce the appearance of pores, puffiness, and redness… while also temporarily giving skin a more toned, defined look. All you need? Aluminum foil. I know, it sounds a little bit “out there.” But this household staple has some seriously powerful beauty benefits… When you stick it in the freezer and use it as a face mask. The calm, cooling sensation of frozen foil is a great way to breathe life back into puffy, overtired skin first thing in the morning. Because the moment the icy sheet touches your face — it helps increase blood flow throughout your face almost immediately… Visibly reduces fluid build-up… And resulting in a taut-looking complexion that appears fresh, glowy, and much more “awake.” Here’s how it’s done:  Cut out individual sheets of aluminum foil — making sure they’re big enough to cover the entire width and length of your face. Place the foil sheets in the freezer for at least one hour. Once the foil is cold to the touch, punch out holes for your eyes, nose and mouth. Place the custom foil sheet over your skin, pressing down to fit the contours of your face. “Chill out” for 5-10 minutes and remove.  This chilly foil mask seriously works wonders for restoring overall color and radiance back into skin. Your complexion should instantly look brighter — like you just had a fantastic night’s rest… Not to mention, it helps make skin feel extra-tight and firm for hours on end. Oh, and it feels so, SO refreshing — making it perfect for anytime your skin needs a little “pick-me-up.” As a matter of fact, I’ll bet you have aluminum foil sitting in your kitchen as we speak… So grab some foil, give your skin a little mid-day pampering, and let me know what you think! Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. Payman Danielpour P.S. This DIY mask is so simple to make — there’s no reason not to stock your freezer with a few sheets ahead of time! Trust me, they come in handy on those mornings when your skin looks a little more puffy or tired than usual… (And they’re also great for when YOU feel a little groggy and need a quick “wake up call!”) So throw a couple sheets of foil in the freezer now — tomorrow morning you'll be SO happy you did.   Sources: Femina.in. 2020.
