Dry, crepey, wrinkled hands? PLUMP THEM UP with these fail-safe hand-rejuvenating hacks {NAME}, Ther

Dry, crepey, wrinkled hands? PLUMP THEM UP with these fail-safe hand-rejuvenating hacks {NAME}, There are 2 things you need to know about my friend Trish: 1. She hates the look of her hands 2. She has a flair for the dramatic So it's no surprise every time we see each other, Trish inevitably brings up her “Skeletor hands.” (Her words, not mine!) She’ll say something like, “They’re nothing but bone, vein, and dry skin…” Or my personal favorite, “They look like they belong in a crypt!” (See, dramatic.) So, at her request, I created a fool-proof, 3-step routine to help her get smoother, softer, younger looking hands… And because we talk about aging hands so often, {NAME}, I thought you might like to try it, too! So here it is — the exact "hand plumping" plan I sent her:   STEP 1: Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, and driving to protect your hands from harsh chemicals and sun damage. I like cotton-lined designs because they’re breathable, comfortable, and less likely to irritate the skin than latex or plastic gloves. And if you’re ever outside without gloves, don’t skip your hands when applying SPF.  STEP 2: Don’t forget about your hands when exfoliating. Use a mixture of 2 tablespoons of sugar and 5-10 drops of nourishing vitamin E oil — which you can find online. Blend them together until you have a paste, then massage the mixture into your hands for about 2 minutes. Rinse and you’re done! I usually do this about 2x a week.  STEP 3: Most importantly, avoid store-bought hand creams and lotions, as many of them contain drying agents that force you to use the product more often! This phenomenon is often referred to as lotion addiction, which can actually make your hands look worse over time. Instead, [simply do this twice a day]( to reduce the look of liver spots, visibly plump thinning skin, and keep hands soft and supple all day long. It takes less than 60 seconds, making it my absolute favorite trick to get a DIY “hand makeover.” I told Trish these steps should help banish her “Skeletor hands” in no time… And if you’re worried about thin, crepey, discolored skin on your hands… I have no doubt they’ll work wonders for you, too. :) Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. Payman Danielpour P.S. Whatever you do, I highly advise against using hand lotions or creams that contain parabens. (You can usually identify if your products have parabens in them by reading the ingredients list. The most common names for parabens are methylparaben, propylparaben, butylparaben, or ethylparaben.) See, there’s scientific evidence that parabens can disrupt hormone activity when absorbed through skin... And they’ve been associated with a host of health problems, like weak immunity, skin irritation, reproductive issues, and even breast cancer. All that, just to keep hands moisturized for an hour or two… and then dry out again… with all the same signs of aging left behind!
