It might seem like the healthiest dish of a Thanksgiving spread... but the truth? Let’s be real, {NAME}, Thanksgiving brings a lot of tempting treats to the table. And while classics like carb-loaded stuffing and buttery mashed potatoes aren't exactly "skin-friendly"... The WORST Thanksgiving dish for your skin is something you’d probably never give a second thought to. Because compared to those starchy sides and decadent desserts, it might actually seem like the healthiest dish on the table. But if you want to preserve your skin’s youthful appearance, your figure, and your HEALTH... You should avoid this dish at all costs: Cranberry sauce. I know it's an absolute classic side dish... But most cranberry sauces pack over 20 grams of SUGAR per serving — and the leading canned brand hits a whopping 24g! These are astonishing amounts, especially when you consider the recommended daily added sugar intake is 25g PER DAY. That means just ONE helping of cranberry sauce can max out your added sugar for the day... before you even have dessert! (And considering cranberries naturally contain under 5g of sugar per serving, that means a significant chunk is added.) But you know just as well as anyone, {NAME}: Sugar is one of your skin’s worst enemies. So take my advice: Rather than fretting about that extra piece of pecan pie… skip the canned cranberry sauce instead. And if your Thanksgiving spread just doesn’t quite feel complete without cranberry sauce — here's some good news: You can whip up a fantastic skin-REVITALIZING homemade cranberry sauce in just 20 minutes! (I’ll go ahead and leave the full recipe for you in the P.S.) See, once you remove all that unwanted sugar, cranberry sauce boils down to... well, cranberries. And cranberries happen to be among the TOP sources of collagen-boosting Vitamin C and age-defying antioxidants. (Key for a radiant, youthful-looking complexion.) So, if you want to enjoy your sauce without the guilt this Thanksgiving — give this recipe a shot. No added sugar, delightful flavor... And the best part — you and your guests might leave the table with a radiant, youthful glow! ;) Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. John Layke ‚ P.S. Here's the recipe for that "Skin-Revitalizing" cranberry sauce: Ingredients 1 bag of fresh organic cranberries ½ cup Stevia ½ cup honey ½ tsp Vanilla extract ¼ cup orange juice 2 tsp lemon zest ¾ cup water (roughly) Instructions 1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT FOR ORANGE JUICE in a sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Stir frequently along the way. (Note: if the mixture looks too thick to boil without burning, add more water as needed.) 2. Once boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and let simmer for another 10 minutes. Make sure to stir every 1-2 minutes. 3. Turn off heat and let sit for 1 minute, before stirring in the orange juice. 4. Let your sauce cool off in the fridge for a bit… then serve and ENJOY!  Personally, I love it with turkey AND gravy. It’s sweet…savory… and just tastes like Thanksgiving in one bite. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family does!     This email was sent to {EMAIL} by jlayke@beverlyhills-md.com [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [VIP Discounts]( | [Join Text Club]( | [Subscribe](  8391 Beverly Blvd., #471, Los Angeles, CA 90048   [Report Spam](  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
