This soup helps “squash” dull, lusterless skin — add it to your weekly rotation! {NAM

This soup helps “squash” dull, lusterless skin (dad joke, sorry!) — add it to your weekly rotation! {NAME} — have you ever made something so delicious… You could eat it for breakfast, lunch, AND dinner? Well, that’s exactly how I think you’ll feel about today’s recipe. Not only is it perfect for the cozy, gloomy weather we’ve been experiencing (yes, even here in “sunny” Los Angeles)... It’s easy to prepare… makes for perfect leftovers… and best of all: It’s FILLED with age-fighting ingredients that can help your skin look smooth, glowy, and gorgeous. So grab a pen, because I highly recommend writing down everything you’ll need for my…  ‘Glow-Skin-Glow' Roasted Carrot & Butternut Squash Soup Here are the ingredients you’ll need: - 1 medium butternut squash, peeled and chopped - 1lb carrots, peeled and chopped - ½ cup onions - 1 whole garlic clove - 2 Tbsp olive oil - 4 cups low-sodium vegetable stock - 1 Tbsp fresh grated ginger - 1 can of full-fat coconut milk - 1 tsp salt - Freshly ground black pepper - Sage for garnish Here’s how to make it: - Peheat your oven to 400 degrees. - Place your carrots, butternut squash, and onions on a parchment lined baking tray. - Toss your veggies in olive oil and spread them out evenly on your tray so they roast evenly. - Roast your vegetables for 30 minutes, or until you can easily pierce them with a fork. - Let your veggies cool slightly, and then transfer them to a blender along with your vegetable stock, coconut milk, ginger, salt, and pepper. - Blend on high until your soup is smooth and creamy. (Feel free to add additional stock OR water if you prefer a thinner consistency.) - Garnish with a drizzle of coconut milk, fresh sage, and a pinch of pepper — and dig in! This soup has a rich, ‘sweet and savory’ flavor that’s downright addictive, {NAME}… And it’s all thanks to the two star ingredients: Butternut Squash & Carrots. Did you know one serving of butternut squash provides over 50% of your daily Vitamin C intake? That’s HUGE — especially considering how vital Vitamin C is for supporting collagen to keep your skin looking smooth and radiant. Meanwhile, carrots are rich in Vitamin A — so it really helps double up this soup's skin-brightening ‘superpowers!’ Plus, this recipe calls for the “trifecta” of powerhouse antioxidants: Onions, garlic, and ginger. This makes for a powerful cocktail of free-radical fighting vitamins and minerals — helping you enjoy a youthfully radiant-looking complexion with every bite. And as a little bonus, it uses coconut milk as a thickener… So you can enjoy a decadent, creamy texture without the inflammatory effects of regular dairy. In other words, this recipe packs plenty of skin-loving ingredients into every single bite… So I hope you add this recipe to your weekly rotation, {NAME}. As for me, I’m going to heat up a bowl as soon as I hop off the computer… Because quite frankly, talking about it has me craving it all over it again! Once you try it, you’ll see what I mean ;) Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. John Layke     This email was sent to {EMAIL} by jlayke@beverlyhills-md.com Beverly Hills Plastic Surgery Group 436 N.
