{NAME}, I have an important message for you, and it must get to you TODAY.... Hi {NAME}, Is holiday

{NAME}, I have an important message for you, and it must get to you TODAY.... Hi {NAME}, Is holiday stress starting to get to you? I get it. Between shopping, travel, menu planning, budgeting, writing cards, wrapping gifts… It can make you feel like THIS: No one is immune from holiday stress… not even my kids! Well, that’s why today, I have a simple message for you. Today, I want you to take just 20 minutes… to drop everything… and do something purely for yourself. Yes, this special time just for you — and ONLY you. Let’s face it: this time of year revolves totally around giving. And that’s great. That’s what makes it so special, and so important. But a whole month is a long time to put your needs on the backburner. Maybe you’ve been getting a little less sleep, or putting less time into your meals. Or maybe you’re putting off reading that book you’ve been looking forward to… because there’s just so much shopping to do. Maybe you’ve got so many Christmas cookies to make, you can’t remember the last time you just zoned out in front of the TV. (Hey, we all do it… and we all need it sometimes!) Well, today, I’m telling you… it’s not only okay to take “me time”… it’s necessary. Whatever it is you haven’t been doing for you — do it today. Everything on your list will still get done. I promise. But you will be happier… calmer… and more able to appreciate all the wonderful things about this season. And if you want to take things one step further… once you’ve taken your 20 minutes (or heck, take a whole hour if you can spare it!), write me back and tell me how you spent it. Reflecting on your ‘me time’ can help reinforce it as a habit — so you’re more likely to do it next time things get stressful. And remember, I’m always here for you! Feel free to reach out whenever you have a question… a problem… or just want to vent. The best thing about the BHMD family is that we’re here for each other. So never, ever be shy. I always love hearing from you. :) Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!!!
