The surprising truth about your body’s natural “youth mechanism” Tell me if you agree, {NAME}… Exercising can be a real drag. But have you ever noticed… Your skin tends to literally glow afterward? Well, that isn’t just your endorphins saying ‘hello’. Because believe it or not… Your SWEAT has some legitimate anti-aging effects — and can even help you look YOUNGER. Now, I know what you’re thinking: 🚩 Sweat = clogged pores and “dirty” skin 🚩 However, with the right methods, sweating could become your anti-aging secret weapon. But how, exactly? Here’s a taste of what sweat can do for your skin: 💦 Hydration — Sweating brings moisture to the skin’s surface, keeping it soft and hydrated. ✨ Exfoliation — Sweat is packed with minerals and salts which can act as natural exfoliants — helping remove dead skin cells for a luminous, youthful glow. 🤝 Collagen Support — When you exercise, you’re actually working to keep wrinkles at bay! Sweat can help improve your skin’s elasticity by supporting collagen production. 🙅 Bacterial Defense — Sweat also contains antimicrobial peptides, such as dermcidin, which help kill harmful bacteria on the skin — and keep your skin looking healthy. 🔁 Circulation — Increased blood flow during sweating delivers more oxygen and nutrients to skin cells, which gives you a rosy, radiant complexion. And if you’re bored with your current workouts and looking for new (and easy!) ways to sweat… Here’s a quick cheat sheet to spice up your routine — without leaving your house. 🏋️ Try these one at a time, or feel free just to stick to your favorite! (Since every body is different, you’ll want to consult your doctor before adding any new moves to your regimen.)  Dr. D’s Top Workouts:  CARDIO BLAST Heel-to-Toe Walk – Stand beside a table or wall for support. Walk slowly, placing your right foot in front of the left, touching the heel on the toe. Take 10 steps forward, turn around, and walk back the same way. Repeat for 5 minutes. March in Place – Stand next to a steady surface you can hold onto for support. Lift your right knee up and lower it back down. Repeat on the other leg and march in place for 3 minutes. Hip Circles – Stand up tall and place both hands on the hips. Make a circular motion with your hips clockwise 10 times. Repeat in the other direction. CHAIR YOGA Sit-to-Stand — Place a flat chair behind you. Slowly lower into it until your bottom touches the seat, then straighten upright again, careful not to lock your knees. Repeat 15 times. Balance Game — Stand behind the chair and hold on to the back for support. Lift your right foot and balance on one leg. Hold the pose as long as you can. Repeat on the other leg. DANCE PARTY (my personal fav 😄) Put on your favorite music playlist and dance like nobody’s watching. Don’t be afraid to let loose and really feel the beat. And remember, this is a no-judgment zone… The ultimate goal is to have fun! And there’s a major bonus: exercise is a way to maintain a “young at heart” mentality. After all, you deserve to look as young as you feel… So a little sweat can go a long way to regain your confidence — and gorgeous skin to boot. But if you try this method out, I have one favor to ask: Be kind to yourself. Because progress is far better than perfection — and you’re amazing just as you are! Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. Payman Danielpour P.S. One keep thing in mind, and it’s important: The key is to not leave sweat on your skin for too long. Otherwise, you could be left with clogged pores, uneven texture, crepey chest, and more pronounced wrinkles. So after you get a good sweat in, be sure to rinse off with a gentle cleanser and rehydrate with plenty of water. If you’re looking for a great option, add [Refresh + Renew Cleansing Gel]( to your rotation. It’s everything you need in an efficient cleanser plus a healthy dose of probiotics and vitamins to keep your skin looking fantastic.     This email was sent to {EMAIL} by jlayke@beverlyhills-md.com [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [VIP Discounts]( | [Join Text Club]( | [Subscribe](  8391 Beverly Blvd., #471, Los Angeles, CA 90048   [Report Spam](  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
