You only need 1 ingredient for a soft, youthful glow — and you probably already have it Pop quiz, {NAME}: Which of these compounds makes your skin so soft and glowy after a dip in the ocean? A) Salt B) Seaweed C) Minerals If you guessed the salt, you’re on the money! 🧂 You see, SALT is actually a potent anti-aging elixir… And it’s benefits go FAR beyond your skin. Salt water can help reduce the appearance of ‘dehydration lines’ (that look a lot like wrinkles) around your eyes, lips, and forehead. In fact, DRINKING salt water can actually hydrate you faster than regular water — helping you look younger! Now, I’m not talking about ocean water, which can be dangerous to ingest… The salt water I’m talking about — also called solé water — can be made right at home with the stuff that’s probably already in your cabinet… And can be used both topically and orally to support healthy-looking skin. Before we get into how to make solé water, some important things to consider: DO: Repeat once a week as part of your skincare routine. DON’T: Use more than the recommended salt amount. More doesn’t equal better in this case (too much salt can make things WORSE and dehydrate you faster.) DO: Opt for sea salt, which undergoes less processing than table salt and contains trace minerals to help hydrate you quickly. DON’T: Use while hot. Wait for the mixture to cool before applying. DO: Moisturize liberally afterward to lock in all that extra hydration. Okay, let’s dive in. 🏊 Here’s a quick DIY guide to that straight-from-the-beach glow that we all love. 1.) SIP ON SOME SOLÉ WATER After exercise or sun exposure, add ¼ teaspoon of sea salt to 32oz of water and drink throughout the day. The boost of electrolytes will replenish your cells and allow them to absorb water properly. Easy enough, right? And once you’ve got the hang of that, you can also try a… 2.) SOLÉ WATER CLEANSE When used topically, salt water is a natural exfoliant that helps you shed dead skin cells and gives you bright, rejuvenated skin that can dramatically improve your complexion. Plus, exfoliation helps with cell turnover, which supports collagen production and softens fine lines. All you have to do is: - Boil 2 cups (500 ml) of tap water and 1 teaspoon (5 ml) of fine sea salt. Avoid using coarse salt. - Let the mixture cool in a loosely covered, but still open container. - After it reaches room temperature, close the container tightly. - Store at room temperature. - Lightly wipe your face during a cotton ball soaked with your solution (OR add to a spray bottle and spritz your face a few times daily, gently dab excess away with a cotton pad) Give these tips a whirl, and rest assured you’re not only quenching thirsty skin, but nourishing your body… Because staying hydrated is the best way to smooth out dehydration lines and give you that dewy, radiant finish. And with temperatures soaring, it’s easier than ever to dehydrate, so you’ll want to keep this guide handy. Just think of it as your ‘younger skin’ cheat code — no sand necessary. :) Your Beverly Hills MD, Dr. Payman Danielpour P.S. If drinking salt water doesn’t sound too appealing, here’s a quick list of things you can add to spruce it up: 🥒 Sliced cucumber 🌿 Mint 🍋 Squeezed lemon 🫚 Shaved Ginger 🍊 Orange slices …Or any combination of them! Remember — when it comes to salt, a little goes a long way. So this doesn’t need to be a daily thing. Just the occasional swap with regular water (like once a week) could give you the kind of smooth, lustrous skin that makes you feel unstoppable.     This email was sent to {EMAIL} by jlayke@beverlyhills-md.com [Edit Profile]( | [Manage Subscriptions]( | [VIP Discounts]( | [Join Text Club]( | [Subscribe](  8391 Beverly Blvd., #471, Los Angeles, CA 90048   [Report Spam](  These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
