Let me tell you a story about my friend NN. He’s now in his late 40’s and a few years ago

Let me tell you a story about my friend NN. He’s now in his late 40’s and a few years ago he asked my advice on how to attract and date a hot woman half his age (he thought she was way out of his league) he had his old, middle aged eyes on. Specifically, he wanted to know if the message he wanted to send her would help get the date. Below is the exchange: === NN: I'm devouring your new podcasts. F__ing amazing..so I might have a date with a 23 year old. Here's what I'm writing her based on your advice: [NAME]… so here's a statement and a question for you. You're a very smart and pretty girl. I enjoy your company via text. ___ knows everything about my financial income. Her boss and I make a good amount of money in our profession. So my point is i don't want waste your time or mine. If you and i where ever in a realtionship their are positives and negatives. Negatives: 1. Im older then you 2. I have kids 3. I cant dance very well 4. My tan is better then yours Positives: 1. We would fly to beautiful places and have a lot of beach and ocean time 2. You would rarely have to work and you could go see your mom whenever you wanted. 3. We would have a fancy chicago apartment with a heated pool of course and maybe your mom would agree you live with you. 4. Most importantly, I would always respect you and treat you very kindly. Ok, here is the deal [NAME]. I think we would have wonderful times together if we have chemistry, but their are as many negatives as their are positives. If for any reason you don't want to meet next week that is ok with me. We can be just messenger friends. I think whether we are in each others lives or not we'll both be ok. How do you feel about all this? === My reply/critique: The first thing I told him to do was set fire to that message. Why? Because the only thing it will do is get his arse tossed into the friend zone. It's way too try hard, and has too much wisdom and not enough fun. Pretty girls with lots of options are being hit on constantly, are easily bored, and want something completely different than nice and boring (never believe what anyone you are trying to sell to says they want, go by what they're actually buying..) I know that might offend the mush cookies. And that’s good — it’s the first step towards enlightenment. What people "buy" vs what they say they want are very often not the same. Not unlike many clients & customers constantly courted by your competition. I then gave my pal a new game plan. A plan that, not only got him the girl, but he will never again doubt elBenbo’s wise, battle-won ways when it comes to the art and craft of influence & persuasion — whether in business or personal life. In fact, soon after I asked him what happened. His answer: “Yes sir. The _____ method — I use it with her still.” Anyway, two things: I reveal what my exact advice was to him in the 5-issue bundle of past February “Email Players” issues (and the March 2022 issue) on sale during the Villains-Time Day offer until tonight. I also talk about the “trick” (not really a trick, but a timeless persuasion principle) he used, and, last I heard, keeps using on her to keep her happy, himself happy, and their relationship as happy as a pig in mud. More: I also show you the email and copywriting parallels to using this principle. (For closing more sales, etc.) Very valuable info. But, only for people who take advantage of this sale in time. Deadline is midnight EST tonight (Sunday 2/9). Less than an hour from when I am sending this.
