Some wholesome right-wing history: When Pat Buchanan won the New Hampshire Republican primary in 1992, the corporate media â lock step, in perfect formation, all at the same time â suddenly branded him a fascist. Of course, he didnât make it any farther than that. And it must have got his goat, because over those next 10 years he wrote 3 books that predicted almost everything he was warning people about, and that is all happening now, with US economic policy, the end results of getting caught up in all these foreign entanglements, and the rise of so-called "woke" culture. I have no idea if Trump read those 3 books or not. But he won 2016 running on the major hot buttons they described. And in my opinion he should have given Pat credit if he did read those books. Especially since so much of his platform is in their pages. But then again, heâd have been guilty by association, so maybe it was in his best interest not to. So who knows? Whatever the case, the books are not perfect. But they are as close to political "prophecy" as one could get at the time. The books are: * The Great Betrayal * A Republic not an Empire * The Death of the West I got Stefania reading Pat's bio (Right From The Beginning) which is excellent too. Anyway, I read the books nearly 25 years ago. And it's one reason why very little surprises, enrages, or pleases me about current events. Stefania will tell you, whenever some bull shyt happens I more often than not say: âyeah, Pat wrote about thatâ¦" And so I already saw them coming in a lot of cases due to those books. Those books are also a major reason why I find most political discourse disingenuous at best, and just carnival barking at worst. It's also why I don't get caught up in the recent game of the US dumping one war for a younger, hotter war, or care one bit about elections other than at the town or county level. I simply donât care because the U.S. as a political entity is, for all intents and purposes, just a skin suit for foreign elites fighting each other and jockeying to be the next world power. This isnât black pilling or doom & gloom. It's simply observable reality. And those books have always at least given me a heads up on what to expect. Patâs also a great writer, too, with a flair for prose I wish I had. So that certainly helps.. All right, this doesnât really have much to do with business and marketing. And yet, at the same time, it does. Because itâs during turbulent times, withering inflation, and financial collapse when opportunity abounds. Some of this opportunity is already predictable, while most of the opportunity to come probably wonât be obvious until the last minute or until it's too late to do much to exploit it. Such is how things go. But I will say this: I believe those online-based businesses who apply the lessons I teach (both copywriting AND financial) inside the upcoming 150th milestone January Email Players issue will almost certainly have an enormous advantage at seeing, discovering, and profiting from any opportunities that arise from the pain, suffering, and problems that befall their market place. Anyway, this issue will mostly underwhelm the goo-roo fanboy types. (Except for the email copywriting tactic I teach, maybe) And they will absolutely despise my take inside about fapGPT, AI, etc. Although I hope to turn some AI-simps to my side of the Force where I show it is literally no different than how a sociopath markets, thinks, approaches content, marketing, and everything else. Complete with a real life story about a sociopath in the direct marketing that everyone knows to illustrate what I mean. Although I do not name any names, thatâs not the purpose and doxing people is for losers. So put your John Thomas back in your shorts if you are expecting any name naming, ain't gonna happen. So much packed inside this bad-boy coming up. Thatâs why itâs a fat 64 pages (over triple the usual size). And itâs a whole lot bigger than that when you factor in the two bonuses I am including. You learn a lot over writing 150 issues of a print newsletter. And in my opinion, this January issue is the culmination of all those issues, lessons learned, and identification of opportunities that can soon be exploited that I talk about inside.
