Let us hearken back to February. I’d just returned to Twitter after a 4+ year absence after finding out the platform was no longer being 100% run by the propaganda arm of the DNC. i.e., you could actually question all the idiotic “misinformation” narratives like the jabs, masks, the garden gnome TV doctor, big pharma, black lives matters, and the list goes on without being canceled. And it was fun to be back. Except for one thing. All the awful cold DMs rolling in. It took me about a day to turn off DM’s altogether due to all the broccoli heads hiding behind cartoon avatars pitching me their “agencies” or coaching who were going to somehow help my business when they probably live at home still. Biggest exercise in futility ever invented. Some of them got very grumpy when I called them out too. One particularly low IQ cartoon guy claiming to teach sales hiding behind a cartoon went on a nonsensical mini rant about it when I told these guys to learn some basic direct response marketing from guys who figured out the game 100+ years ago — all of which is directly applicable to today. Since then I realize it’s a waste of time. Let ‘em keep making asses of themselves. What do I care? They aren't my market anyway. And eventually they'll have to learn real marketing or get real jobs. Until then, it wouldn’t hurt these little cold DM scamps to learn about positioning and networking. Like, for example: Instead of sliding into businesses’ DMs like guys sending dick pics on dating apps to strange women, they should learn from someone like Jon Buchan — who has the cold contact game locked down. Not only cold emails (what he’s known for). But cold DMs too. In fact, if you buy his cold email templates at half off from my affiliate link before tonight’s (11/10) midnight EST he will send you a bonus called: “Charming DMs” Which he created to be used for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and anywhere else you can send direct messages to help you get sales calls booked… show free samples of work (e.g. If you’re a copywriter)… Get the attention from highly influential people you admire… Nab response from “dream clients” with the aim of working with them… Invite yourself onto relevant podcasts… Grab the attention of journalists to write a story about you or publish your content… Follow up messages to send if you don’t get a reply from your initial message, and more. Full disclosure: I have not used this myself, since I don't do cold contacting. But I have no doubt his bonus will work better than sliding cold into business DMs on social media like a mouth breather haunting chicks' DM's on plenty of fish or whatever. But that’s just one of the bonuses. Here are some more Jon will send you: * Magic Cold Email Training — which runs through one of Jon’s most successful cold email templates line by line. * Jon’s personal swipe file of website copy, emails, guerrilla marketing, direct mail campaigns, pr campaigns and content marketing * Content Marketing Strategy Guide — about creating content that thinks and plays big to get featured by huge publications such as Entrepreneur.com, Inc.com, Yahoo Business, Time Magazine, The Independent and many more. * How To Be Somewhat Funny — 51-page guide shows you how to write more entertaining copy, providing you with joke formulas, rhetorical devices, and writing exercises. * Promote Yourself Playbook mini training session — video that runs through 10 quick and easy tactics to generate leads immediately. * Jon’s new "Agency Sales" eBook and Cheat Sheet — where he provides prescriptive recommendations on exactly what activity you should be pursuing every day to generate leads. * LinkedIn List Building Hack — A crafty little tactic to add hundreds, if not thousands of relevant new subscribers to your list. This all goes away in mere hours from now today. So if you want it, and if you want it at a 50% discount, use my affiliate link below: (And by tonight’s Friday, 11/10 EST deadline) [https∶//www.EmailPlayers.com/cold]( Ben Settle This email was sent by Ben Settle as owner of Settle, LLC.
