A couple days ago my biz partner Troy Broussard got a reply saying his welcome email was in spam & it wasn't a "good look" for our BerserkerMail platform. Troy's response was a lesson about email deliverability in & of itself: === There are always 1000 reasons why something could end up in spam and it's never something ANYONE or ANY TOOL can guarantee won't happen. I can tell you, however, that our platform has much higher inboxing that any other we've ever used. But there's never a guarantee that an email doesn't go to spam... That is, unfortunately, the simple nuance of email... we are simply playing a game by someone else's rules and we cannot determine if it goes into your spam folder or not. No one can. There are always outlying situations... but at a general level, our deliverability is the highest in the industry and we test and confirm that regularly. Here's a fun fact though... by you replying to me about it... it likely will not go there in the future and this is what building a relationship is all about and everything we teach in our program... people go "hunt you down" even if, for some odd reason your email goes into spam... === Speaking of inbox deliverability: We're launching our new Email Down 'n Delivery course this week. It's got all kinds of tips based on Troy's experience with systems & legit scientific testing (as a former Navy Nuclear Engineer), with platforms and how they "think" (as an Executive Director of Technology for Encyclopedia Brittanica where he ran a $12 million department of developers), and with his time split testing as many as 30-50 million emails per month for his clients as one of the world's top email automation specialists. It also teaches the exact same methods I use to get the highest delivery - while sending the most volume - on our own platform out of all our clients according to our Chief Architect Pedro, and that apparently even our Enterprise sender was shocked to see work. At the end of the day it's because I don't care what "email experts" say or do. I care about what works. And far too much email deliverability advice I've seen and heard majors in the minors. More: This course could easily sell for $100s and still deliver a bargain to email marketers, in our self-serving opinions. But, if you nab it before the Friday 9/8 at midnight EDT deadline, you can have it for what comes out to the price of having a pizza delivered. Neither of us particularly likes selling stuff on the cheap. But the way we figure it: Even though this course is 95%+ “generic” (works with any reputable email broadcasting/auto-responder platform), since so much of what we teach inside is already built-in to BerserkerMail, the more businesses who buy, use, and benefit from Email Down ’n Delivery, probably the more BerserkerMail clients we will get. Very selfish on our part. But it is what it is. If you want it at this price all you gotta do is grab it by the deadline. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
