An Email Players subscriber asks about books on leadership: === Hey Ben, I was curious what your favorite books on leadership (and positioning yourself better as a man in the world) are? I’ve read the Villains book and I’m planning on revisiting them (insanely valuable books I must say) Wondering if you have any more you suggest? === A few of my favorites: * George Washington bio by Ron Chernow * Andrew Jackson bio by HW Brands * Steve Jobs bio by Walter Isaacson * The Chief (about William Randolph Hearst) * Walt Disney bio by Neal Gabler * 33 Strategies of War by Robert Greene * The Good Neighbor (about Fred Rogers) by Maxwell King * The Story of Earl Nightingale by Pamela Nightingale * George Lucas by Brian Kay Jones * The Rise and Fall of Ancient Egypt by Toby Wilkinson I reckon these’ll keep anyone busy for a while. I also sometimes talk about whatever books I'm reading on my Twitter. Or X. Or whatever it's called now. Plus, I'm gearing up to do some Spaces calls (audio livestreams through the platform), Q&A's, etc in the near future on there, too, to start doing more of that sort of thing. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
