BerserkerMail client Carlos Samniego EA recently tweeted: === I wanted to thank @elBenb0, Troy and the Berserker mail team. Since switching my email system to Berserker mail, your team has been incredibly helpful in setting everything up and reactivating my mailing list. When I started my daily emails about 20 days ago, I've noticed a significant increase in appointments being booked coming from my emails I'm excited to continue growing with Berserker mail. Thanks again! === My totally biased opinion, but also many of our clients’ opinions: No other email platform even comes close to beating BerserkerMail on support & service. And one of the main reasons why is because Our COO (Email Players subscriber Nicole English) and our head helpdesk (Email Players subscriber Lance Hunt) are both not only both long time Email Players subscribers, but they use BerserkerMail in their own businesses to make sales, & so they truly "get" email and the challenges email marketers have. Other ESPs? I can’t speak for all of them. But just from what I’ve seen from customers sending me the dumb shyt they are told by various ESP helpdesks... their support & managers are basically NPC's at email merely copying, pasting, & stacking tickets, with no real experience sending commercial emails, building lists, or making sales with email as a way to make rent, payroll, do business. I’ve seen advice some ESP support desks give: “Send less emails” “Ask people to reply, star, click, and forward emails to try to ‘game the system’ and create fake engagement to improve deliverability.” “It’s good to be ‘visual’” Amongst other advice all but guaranteed to wipe out sales, engagement, and growth -- and with nary a mention of writing better emails people want to read, creating better offers people want to buy and engage with, being someone people want to hear from in the first place… and all the other basics that, in 2023, the tips & tricks guys are still woefully behind on, it appears. I’d say this is bad advice only ESP support people give. But there are some email ex-spurts giving it too. But you won't hear the above from our helpdesk & support. Dumb advice like, "send less emails" isn't even in their vocabulary. Because Nicole & Lance use email themselves, know how to make sales & grow relationships using email and can relate to the frustrations, pains, desires, needs of email marketers on a much deeper level than the above support ticket stackers telling people to mail less. Frankly, Nicole and Lance get more testimonials than me, Troy, or the platform do when it comes to BerserkerMail, if that tells you anything. And we couldn’t be happier about that. Yes, even if I am a bit jealous… All right enough of this. No need to take my word for any of it. You can get a free test drive, with no credit card needed, to see for yourself. The first of which launches tomorrow called: “BizWorld” It’s a “101” level (very introductory) book about business & marketing World-Building — which I’ve been doing for some 20+ years, teaching for the past 9 years, doing trainings for to select groups (like Email Players subscriber Brian Kurtz’s prestigious mastermind a couple years ago), and have been asked, nagged, even outright threatened in one case (I am only half joking) to write a book about. And don’t worry: This is not one of my super expensive books. This one is quite affordable to anyone who’s not a street bum. But, do NOT buy it before tomorrow. I am going to be giving an extremely valuable bonus to those who buy it during the launch and who follow my instructions starting tomorrow. If you buy it after the launch, you won’t be eligible, either. It’s gotta be during the launch. More tomorrow… This email was sent by Ben Settle as owner of Settle, LLC. Copyright © 2023 Settle, LLC. Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
