This email won’t be of much interest to probably 99.9% of my list. After all, chances are you’re not here about my fiction. But, since I intend to launch my latest novel next month (possibly on my birthday) if the cover’s finished by then… and since I’ll be giving an extremely valuable gift about getting world-class email inbox delivery (that I recently taught live to a prestigious mastermind) to those who buy it during its launch as a totally shameless bribe… I want to talk about a couple things today, in advance. First: Only 3 people have read the manuscript for book 9 in my Enoch Wars series so far. 1. Stefania who edited it 2. My publisher Greg Perry 3. Email Players subscriber Daniel Throssell Daniel was such an enthusiastic fan of the first 8 novels in the series, he not only graciously wrote the intro for the 8th book last year, but after reading this 9th book’s manuscript he sent me a Marco Polo message a couple weeks later, saying he still can’t get the ending out of his head, wants to read it again, and is even insisting his brothers read the series now. Do what you want with that info. But I considered that high praise indeed. Second: I want to ask a question to those who have read each of the first 8 books. If you have read all 8 books, please reply to this email. I want to ask you a completely NON-self serving question (i.e., am not fishing for reviews or anything like that, this is a completely different kind of ask) that will take you less than 10 seconds of your time to answer. All right that’s it for now. If you’re curious about the novels, see the Enoch Wars mobile app. The app is totally free. And I don’t even ask for an email address to access it. (You will need a mobile phone though) I also have a few business-related pieces of content in there too. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
