A true story for the ages: It’s simply a matter of record that the state I live in has been mostly run by the same political party “machine” since the 1990’s/early 2000s. And since that time, and especially over the past 5 or 6 years — there has been ever-growing & horrifying homeless, crime, & drug problems, with entire cities run by literal sociopaths. Everyone knows it. Everyone complains about it. (Even simps of the party in charge who keep voting the same bums in). And we had the lowest rated, and likely the single most corrupt, governor in the country. And I say this as someone who was born & bred in Illinois which, at one point at least, had more ex-governors in prison simultaneously than any other state in the union. But guess what? When the voters here had a chance to make real change, they elected basically “2.0” version of the governor we just had. Only difference is the one we got now has a higher IQ — as our last governor was a functional idiot. But when our current governor won handily despite all the problems her own party caused… and even though there was a spoiler siphoning away her party’s votes… it became obvious the game is over here. What I mean by that is this: The people in this state literally voted for more homeless, more crime, more violence, more Antifa desecrating businesses, more drugs, more children stepping on dirty needles in the streets, more rape and pedos running amok… and the list goes on. Along with more businesses leaving. More big government control. And, yes, more feces in the streets. It’s not unlike places such as New York. Stefania’s family still lives there and will tell you all about it. Including the reality of those videos of people harassed on subways, and nobody does anything because they know if they do, it’ll get caught on camera, edited by the media, and then run on a 24/7 news cycle with the victim being targeted by a crooked Soros DA, then going to prison, and the perp even deified. That’s why nobody intervenes. And when they do, they get Daniel Penny’d. My thoughts: Let the people reap what they sow. 90%+ voted for whatever happens to them at that point. That is why I have zero sympathy when I hear how some blue-haired Portland biz owner who voted for what they have — repeatedly — gets robbed, harassed, and forced to close down. They not only voted for it but, worse than that, they’ll continue to vote for it here or wherever they go next. It’s a literal mental disorder. But for the sane people here, the game is over. Many of the ones I know fight me on this. And while that’s admirable, it makes the reality no less true. Thus, Stefania & I already are looking at a saner place our ideological enemies hate & despise and won’t try infiltrating like they’re doing year by year to the Southwestern states — rapidly voting in the same politicians that caused the very conditions they fled from in the first place. Ain't nothing new under the sun: Low information & low IQ voters always destroy. They don’t know how to build or sustain anything. And most of them have zero skin in the game and don’t even pay taxes in the first place. So when they keep making bad worse, and there’s no real solution in sight (as much as people like to shriek “voter fraud!” — in this state, no fraud was even needed, the people of the socialist republic of Oregon were all-in on more of the same) happens, the game is simply over. You can’t push a turd back in. If you could, the homeless problem in this state would be less unsanitary… Anyway, there is far more to this than I can go into here. Many business & marketing ramifications — including something I heard the late, great Gary Halbert talk about over 20 years ago that not only has saved my business a lot of pain and setbacks, but may very well be able to do the same for yours, now or in the future. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
