Few years back, I went on a Rad Bradbury binge. And during that binge, I listened to a bunch of his interviews I found on YouTube. In one of the videos he talked a lot about his friendship with & respect for Walt Disney, and some stories about their conversations. There was one conversation that especially stood out. He was talking about how the city was courting Walt to run for mayor. When Ray asked Walt why he didn’t want to be mayor, Walt said: “Ray, why should I run for Mayor when I'm already King?” The man had a point. Why be a mere politician constantly having to smooch the gluteus assimus’s of the proletariat for votes & virtue signals… when you can simply reign over them, impose your will upon them, and bring peace & prosperity without the prattling-on of the peanut gallery’s multiple Narratives & agendas? At Disneyland, Walt was truly King. What he said went. So what, pray tell, does this have to do with your business? Everything. That is if you want to learn how to be Overlord & Emperor over your own kingdom, with the same power over your own audience — on a big or small scale — that Disney did. Where if you decree sales & engagement, that’s what you get, and you won’t get any lip or back talk about it. You give the order, wave your hand, and it is so… I don’t care if you’re decreeing more engagement, new sales, or just obedience. This is exactly what my Social Lair book teaches — and how I built a Facebook group full of what I called my “berserkers” who were so irrational about engaging with me (and each other)… so fanatical about buying from me… and so passionate about being in my World I was literally accused of running a cult on more than one occasion. And that accusation was not in a “Ben that’s soooo cool!” kind of way. It was the opposite. It was always directed at me negatively. Especially when people — who did not grasp the context of what I was doing — really thought I was doing crazy cult stuff up in elBenbo’s Lair. And while it was mostly Benevolent… admittedly in at least one case a member was harassed with outright violence & death threats just for sticking up for her friend who came into my group trying to attack & besmirch my noble self. (I did not find that out until two years after the fact.) Whatever the case, here’s something to think about: Social Lair sells for $555.00 normally. But, until tomorrow, Sunday 3/19 at midnight EDT it’s $150.00 off ($405.00). To get the discount do this: 1. Go to the URL below and buy it before the deadline 2. Use code PLAYTHING at the check out (Make sure you see the price change before entering any info.) And that’s all there is to it.
