Some word of wisdom from my pal Michael Senoff: "Never do a JV with someone who is not at least as motivated - and who is preferably more motivated - to make money as yourself." Every time I have violated that rule, I’ve regretted it. For example: I once invested heavily in a deal assuming one of the other parties was as motivated — or even more so — than myself. But alas… no. In fact, the deal that I pulled out of probably hasn’t to this day been launched, and that was years ago, because the other guy got fat & happy from making a lot of money and simply didn't need the deal to happen one way or the other. Doesn’t make the other party “bad.” It just is, and there’s no need for hate, personal attacks, or whining about it. Some people are just not as motivated as others. And unless or until they change their tune I suggest staying away, and finding something else to invest your time and money in. Because there are few things more frustrating or time wasting in life than doing business, especially when you are investing your hard-earned cash, with someone who is not as motivated, ambitious, or eager to do business than you are. Reminds me of something my partner in software biz Troy Broussard says: (paraphrased) “So much easier just sitting around trading crypto all day than putting up with the bull shit of dealing with all the headaches of direct marketing” Speaking of Troy: I recently started benefiting from and investing in his crypto ways. No, I don’t personally trade it. Nor am I any kind of “expert” at it one way or the other. Frankly, I don’t even currently have access to a crypto wallet. I am simply a willing participant in Troy’s newest venture where he figured out a clever way to automate trading crypto currency in a safe way using his knowledge of systems (from his experience as a Navy Nuclear Engineer, enterprise-class software developer, & API-level marketing automation specialist). And I am a participant in two ways: 1. He uses his methods to invest some of our software profits into crypto, so I benefit that way 2. He will be using me as a “case study” for his coaching students using his methods If you want more info on his coaching with this, and get in at a fat discount should you want to join it, use my affiliate link below by today, Friday 11/11 at midnight EST. Time is getting short on this. So if you have interest, I would not procrastinate.
