Below is part five of my interview with Troy Broussard about his clever way of combining his systems

Below is part five of my interview with Troy Broussard about his clever way of combining his systems & automation knowledge as a Nuclear Engineer, enterprise-class software developer, & API-level marketing automation specialist to trade in crypto currency. I used to wonder why Troy taught his methods to others. After all: If you have a treasure map, why would you xerox it for others? The answer: === BEN SETTLE: Why would you teach this? It's like you have a treasure map, and showing it to everybody. Why not keep it a secret and just do it? TROY BROUSSARD: The more people that I have in my group and using it, the more I can refine my algorithms, and the more I can refine the results for everybody. Think of it as having a mass crowdsourcing kind of solution. Sure, I can do it on my own and I get all the iterations and whatever, but when there's even more people, it gets even better faster. So everybody makes everybody better through this solution because a lot of it is automated trading solutions. And as I see more patterns develop and I involve more people in it, then it refines even further. So that's part of a selfish response to it. But the true answer is just, I love doing this stuff. And just like you said and what Stefania's noticed, and what you've noticed, I just frigging love this stuff. So I enjoy sharing it with people. I've been a lifelong teacher. I've been doing coaching and training and info products for two decades at this point, and so I just love doing it. And if I'm going to be doing it anyway, and I'm good at making complicated stuff simple for people, and using my tech background but also my business background to bridge that gap, and help people along the way and have fun doing it, then why not? It's not going to make me any less money to sell or to train it than just doing it on my own. And it just gives me more fun, to be quite honest. That's the main reason I do it. I could certainly just do this on my own and never sell it to anybody. But entrepreneurial life can be kind of boring sometimes. And the life of a trader can be extremely boring if you're just stuck in front of a monitor. So I just enjoy the community aspect of it, and that's what we've turned it into. And my partner's the same way. John and I are both kind of outgoing, fun, boisterous kind of guys. And so the two of us hosting a podcast that we're doing and creating the trainings together and hosting our weekly calls in this six month long program, it builds a community, and we get to have fun in the process. BEN SETTLE: Is there anything else you want to talk about with your coaching? TROY BROUSSARD: Well, the main thing I want people to know is that this is a six month program for a reason. There's going to be ups and downs in this. That's just the way the volatility of the market goes. But the reason we really do it for six months is that they're going to have the opportunity to go at their own pace. And I know that the tech can be imposing for a lot of people. But that is what John and I both really specialize, is how to make the tech easy. And that's the reason why we do this as a six month long program. So you can go at your own pace. You don't have to feel like, "Oh God, I've got to go into all of this stuff right away." No, you can just kind of eat the elephant one bite at a time over the next six months. And that's totally fine. The other thing is that all of this is put into training that you can revisit and watch it over and over and over again and study it and giving you copy and paste aspects so that you don't really have to understand all the theory. You can just go and do the practice, which a lot of our people do. So I would say that's probably one of the most important aspects of this. And for the skeptics among you, just realize that you'll be able to also do paper trading. The platform that does a paper trading does have a small monthly fee for that, but it's really well worth it because now, you can feel completely confident in what you're doing, and how well it's working for you before you start putting any money out of your own pocket. And that's perfect for skeptics, right? Because it gives them the ability to see proof and results in advance. BEN SETTLE: Like I said, I'm part of it whether I want to be or not because of the way you set it up with our software companies. And while I’m still skeptical, I can’t deny what I’ve been seeing and hearing about. Plus, I trusted you enough to send you not an insignificant amount of money to be your case study, and so obviously I'm in to that extent, at least. Thanks Troy, for taking time away from your grueling trading time while watching TV… === So ends part 5 of this interview. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
