A question from the peanut gallery: === Hello there Ben Settle I am an email copywriter for the Yoga niche I tend to never read long newsletter emails, I am more of a get the point guy. I am thinking no one in the yoga niche will want to read them either, so why even bother studying long emails. Am I projecting my own bias onto the market? Thank you === I’ll just put it this way: I have had many yoga marketers learn from me over the years — including at least one “household name” in the niche. And the ones I’ve seen do just fine writing longer emails when applicable. It ain’t just the guy above who projects like this. (And at least he recognizes it, which is the first step to recovery…) Lots of marketers do. That’s why, in 2022, you still hear nonsense about nobody reads long copy, keep emails above the fold, people hate daily emails, and all the other similar foolish assumptions made by the fluffpreneurs haunting social media all day that I and many others prove wrong on a daily basis, week after week, month after month, and year after year. I’ll say this too: The info in the September Email Players issue also proves these peabodies wrong. More on what’s in this issue over the next few days. In the meantime to subscribe go here: [https∶//www.EmailPlayers.com]( Ben Settle P.S. A heads up to all current and soon-to-be Email Players subscribers: The September issue will take a bit longer to print, fulfill, ship, and arrive than usual due to 1st landing on a Thursday and a long holiday weekend due to that Monday being Labor Day. It will definitely slow things down by a good week, and possibly even by two weeks. And if you live in an especially remote area it will take even longer. As always: Be patient, and your patience will be rewarded… This email was sent by Ben Settle as owner of Settle, LLC. Copyright © 2022 Settle, LLC. All Rights Reserved.
