A true story for the ages: In late 2018 when I first wanted to move back to the town I live in now after being away for 6 years… Stefania did some leg work for me. And she started by calling the most-advertised real estate agent she saw. The response? It was literally as if nobody answered the phone. Very frustrating, and so I went with another one. Yet… the non-responsive one is the #1 real estate agent in her company in the entire state, who did something like $64 million in real estate sales that year... even though she lives and sells in a county with less than 30k people total. And this is the case even though her ads don’t “say” anything but how to contact her. How does she get away with it? The money quote from a newspaper article about her: === … the $25,000 she spends a month in marketing to get her name, professionally posed headshot and contact details in front of potential buyers and sellers is what sets her apart from brokers who don’t spend as much time marketing their services. == Let’s see: $25k in marketing = $64 million in real estate sales. Many lessons in this. One of which is just putting out advertising consistently. And in some cases (like above) just being at the right place, with the right message, to the right people, at the right time can move the proverbial mountains for your business. Something she does magnificently. Just imagine if she built a list and then emailed it daily… Something Email Players teaches in spades.
