Email Players subscriber Will Callaghan drops some wisdom: === I don't know how you do it Ben, For the short time I've been an Email Players subscriber, every email and newsletter has dealt exactly with what I've been battling in my own biz right now. Since starting my own biz in 2012, I've spent about $16,000 on copywriting courses and biz development guff. Everything has helped me get ahead and keep mouths fed. But as for 'strategy' I've not learnt a lot - until now. And thanks to you here's what I've already implemented: 1. Hard mail letters to my customers with incentive to buy again or refer a friend. 2. 'Surprise' goodies delivered to the desks of loyal, client-referring, 3rd parties. 3. Further narrowing of target buyer with improved website copy. - In an industry where there's lots of low-ballers, few bother contacting me (and wasting my time) for a 'best price'. 4. Thanks to watching how you do affiliate offers, I finally worked out how I can do the same and did my very first affiliate email this week. -To a list of about 900 Investment Property owners, I promoted a new Housing Estate. Six unsubscribes but 7 hot-to-buy replies too. For context, if all 7 bought the properties I'd be looking at a $35,000 pay day! For a 10 minute email. Crazy. Further...the property developer said another guy sent the same offer to a list of 15,000+ but only managed 11 enquiries. Anyway...thanks for helping me make more money, easier. Do with this what you will. === Obviously not everyone gets off-the-wall results like this. But, I will say this: Email Players ain’t magic, but it can work like a charm. And Will’s testimonial is a perfect example of how. If you want to start partaking of my non-magical fruit inside Email Players each month, subscribing is as simple as having your shyt together (i.e., you are a real business, with a list and an offer to sell to that list) and having the ambition to follow my commands. I won’t say everything I talk about inside is “easy.” If it was, everyone would be doing it. Instead, I see people just copying the surface elements and looking like hacks. Something to keep in mind… If you think you got the stuff, the May issue goes to the printer soon. As in less than 48 hours from now. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
