Every day I see a new and amazing reason to avoid selling anything to zoomers. The latest being an MSN article with the headline: âGen Zers are so disillusioned with the economy they think itâs OK to commit fraudâ The money shot quote: âIn Q4 2023, 42% of Gen Zers admitted a willingness to engage in first-party fraud, where they dispute a purchase with their payment provider despite the purchase being legitimate. This was significantly higher than any other generationâthe next highest was millennials, with only 22% admitting to engaging in first-party fraud.â Imagine that? As a generation (yes, I know this isnât every single zoomer, let the pedantic zoomer now dialing his therapist for emotional support while reading this take note) not only can some 30% of them not figure out what gender they are⦠but they literally canât even tell basic right from wrong, and will cheerfully rationalization hamster why itâs okay to commit wholesale fraud. And this is why I neither pander to or sell to them. The only exceptions being the ones I know, have been on my list a while, etc. Anyway, there are ways to deal with these blue flame specials. But the best way is to not sell to them at all. Anyway, this reminded me of something else. And that is, legitimate refund requests. Yes, they do exist. And the #1 reasons it happens? I shalt let the great Sean DâSouza explain from a talk he gave several years ago: âThere was a research done on how many products were returned every single year. This research was done only in the United States. $1 billion of products, that's stuff like your phone, TV, video, VCR, all those kinds of things, $1 billion worth of products gets returned every single year in the United States alone. Do you know why? Because people don't know how to use them. That's not counting any of the internet. How many of us actually have downloaded PDFs that we've never read? How many of us have bought books from a store that we've never read? I could go on and your hands would just start to hurt after a while. The point is that people don't know how to use stuff. They don't know why they should use stuff, and therefore, they do not use stuff. That creates a big problem.â Indeed it does. That is, if you are taking funnel advice from typical online marketers. Because if you understand how to create a funnel and method of selling in a way that creates not just attraction and not just conversion⦠but Consumption⦠I daresay youâll see many of your refund requests disappear. And the reason why they will very likely disappear is because your offers are actually being used. Enter Sean DâSouzaâs Dart Board Pricing eBook. If you buy it from my affiliate link today you get a special bonus: The talk Sean gave that I pulled the quote above from. And that talk is one of the most important trainings Iâve ever heard. Ever. Since being in business. And has made my own business far more prosperous than itâd have been otherwise. He doesnât use the word âfunnelâ in it. But that is essentially what heâs teaching â a way to structure your marketing in a way where your customers consume/use/benefit from your offers, and not just buy, nod, and then forget all about you as they get distracted by some inferior marketerâs BSO dangled in front of them in todayâs TikTok brain-addled culture. In my experience Seanâs method brings in not just customers⦠but disciples. Disciples of what you sell, teach, advocate. The kind of that buy then buy from you again, and again, and again. In some cases maybe not even wanting to buy from anyone else. And doing it in a way where they not only donât resent you for taking their money but thank you for it. Thatâs been my experience using his methods since 2008. And I daresay it can potentially be the same for your business. If you want this knowledge, hereâs the drill: 1. Go to my affiliate link below by tonightâs impending deadline 2. Buy the premium version of his eBook (it costs only a couple bucks more than the normal version) 3. Youâll get his System Seminar training as a bonus This offer ends at the stroke of midnight (EDT) tonight, Sunday 8/9.
