Might as well just change BerserkerMail's name to LanceMail and be done with it: === I've dealt with Lance several times and it's always been a pleasure. A pleasure dealing with a support team? In this industry, that's as strange as saying you enjoyed your experience at the proctologist's office. What a pleasurable colonoscopy experience that was! It's pretty much unheard of. Unless you're funny like that. But I've been using different e-mail providers for years. Five or six different ones, because they all suck in their own way. Whenever I've had a problem before, I usually had to go through their sh***y AI chat-bot support bubble that never had the answers for what I was asking. I'd have to poke and prod the bot until I could convince it to connect me to a real human. Then I'd have to wait for 48-72 hours with nothing but my d*** in my hand while I wait for them to reply. Then, more times than not, they wouldn't actually answer my question (or clearly didn't know English and sent me some kind of gibberish) and I'd have to clarify... another 48-72 hours of waiting... Yesterday I had two separate issues I needed to contact Berserker/Learnistic support and I heard back from them within three hours and they completely solved the problem each time. Which wasn't really a problem with the system, but with how my dumb a$$ set things up. But they didn't care that it was my fault. They didn't waste an exchange pointing out how I'd screwed up and it was all my fault. They just fixed the problem. Badda bing. Badda boom. Back to work and writing more e-mails. Brilliant product. But even if it wasn't a better platform in its own right than other providers, the quality of support alone is enough to make it worth switching from other platforms. As always, feel free to use anything above as a testimonial, or delete it and don't. Doesn't hurt my feelings either way. Theophilus Monroe === And so it goes. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
