A heads up for those interested or might know someone interested: BerserkerMail/Learnistic is looking for some new blood to work the helpdesk. I’d go into a long-winded rant about the kind of person we’re looking for, yada yada yada but long time readers know me and the kind of people I like or hate or want to deal or dislike dealing with, etc. So I’ll make this a short-winded rant instead: In my totally biased (but no less true) opinion, SaaS helpdesk work is one of the best ways for anyone interested in both online marketing and copywriting to learn human (i.e., buyer) psychology, how to be of service in a way that creates fans (ask anyone who has dealt with Lance on our helpdesk — the guy probably gets more testimonials than any of us), build relationships via email, and all the stuff I teach that I learned doing retail sales back before the internet, and would have learned probably 20x faster if I’d had a helpdesk gig like this instead. To get more info simply email our COO Nicole English at: help@berserkermail.com Tomorrow? Something else… Ben Settle This email was sent by Ben Settle as owner of Settle, LLC. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
