One of the biggest light bulb days in my marketing edu-ma-cation was in 2008. It was something the great Sean D’Souza taught in Email Players subscriber Ken McCarthy’s System Seminar that year on a subject nary a goo-roo or guru prancing around the room at masterminds probably ever talk about. Certainly your Facebook friends are very likely not thinking about it much less talking about it — and if they are, probably it’s because of Sean’s work. Anyway, I am talking about the “C-Word”: Consumption. To my knowledge: There are no products about it other than what Sean did. No livestream queens shooting videos on their iPhones in their cars on the way to brunch about it. No webinars about it. No product launches about it. No affiliate promos circulating the masterminds of all the goo-roo brigade about it. In fact, go down to any big book store and see how many books you can find on Consumption. Go on the internet and search for articles on Consumption. Although, admittedly, Harvard Business Review once covered some of this concept many years ago. But mostly, Consumption is an unknown word in business & marketing. Everyone knows attraction and conversion. Nobody (except Sean) talks about Consumption. Yet Consumption means: * Customers/clients using your offers & services * Which ups the chances of them benefiting from it * Which ups the chances of them telling others about it * Which ups the chances of more customers & clients coming to you to buy * Which ups the chances of them buying — by “default” — your future offers and possibly even sight unseen because you did such a bang up job on what they consumed/benefited from originally * Which then ups the chances of that cycle repeating, ongoing, perpetually Consumption (assuming a quality offer) also means: * Less chances of anyone refunding * Less chances of buyer’s remorse * Less chances of apathy or forgetting who you are * Less trolls & haters since your fans will go to bat for you And the list goes on, and on, and on. So many benefits can come from Consumption. It fundamentally changes the entire way one sells or markets when done right. And it’s why I don’t think Sean D’Souza gets nearly the credit he deserves about it. As for ways to get Consumption? That could be a whole course in and of itself. But, in my Email Bastard! course — which you have just a little more time to get at the “chump change” price until tonight’s deadline — I show you a tried-and-true way to help get lots and lots and lots of Consumption of your business's offers. And I show you a way of doing it right in the emails you send selling your offers, so you can sometimes not only can pre-sell the offer, but pre-sell people on wanting to consume (as well as take quick and probably aggressive action on using/implementing what they have just consumed) the offer once delivered. Powerful stuff. And it’s not at-all complicated, either. Although there are some who might have ethical issues with doing it. I do not know why, exactly. But people often bring their hangups to offers they buy. And that, in a way, is a lesson in and of itself… But whatever the case: If you want Email Bastard! at the ridiculously low price you best hurry. Deadline is in just a bit. (Tonight, Friday 5/10 at midnight EDT) Here’s the link to learn more about it: [https∶//www.EmailPlayers.com/bastard]( Ben Settle P.S. This course is made up of multiple talks I’ve done at various events people paid not a little bit of money to attend. And some of the info inside has been included in other offers I’ve sold over the years. So read the sales letter carefully before buying if you don’t want to just end up buying the same information all over again. This email was sent by Ben Settle as owner of Settle, LLC.
