This five-part series from HBO Max is built around the research and teachings of Atlas. More from [Brené Brown]( | [View this email in your browser]( [Brené Brown: Atlas of the Heart, now streaming on HBO Max]( Today’s the day! [Brené Brown: Atlas of the Heart]( a five-part series built around the research and teachings of [Atlas of the Heart]( is out and streaming on HBO Max. We filmed this series last October, on the University of Texas at Austin campus. The experience was like being back in the classroom, teaching again. As I’ve done for 25 years, I turned to film and TV clips, brought in a handful of special guests and expert researchers, subjected myself to a number of role-plays, and shared some, ahem, less-than-flattering personal stories to teach this work to a studio audience that, I must say, showed up—with deep empathy, curiosity, and tough questions. The whole thing was fun and hard and unbelievable—and above all else, it reminded me that understanding our emotions and experiences is our life’s work. The more we learn, the deeper we can continue to explore. And if any questions spring to mind while watching the series or finishing the book, send them to me [here]( no later than this Sunday, April 3. We’re planning another Atlas Q&A on Unlocking Us later in April, and I’d love to hear about what in this new research may have surprised you, or resonated with you, or shifted how you now experience certain emotions and experiences. I’m excited to be able to share the work in this way and grateful to all of you for your continued support of Atlas. Stay awkward, brave, and kind.
