We’re sick to our stomachs… Yesterday our country witnessed the deadliest school shooting this year in Georgia. A fourteen-year-old gunman with an AR-15 opened fire on Apalachee High School, slaughtering 2 students and 2 educators, and wounding 9 more. [Republican elected officials are continuing to prevent life-saving gun safety measures and refuse to take a stand against assault weapons that are plaguing our communities. It has never been more urgent that we kick every despicable lawmaker who sits by and does nothing as our children are murdered at their desks out of office. So we are desperately asking for 500 gifts before midnight to help us fully fund our campaign to ban assault weapons and defeat every coward who refuses to protect our children. Can you rush $15 before midnight to help us replace every spineless gun-lobby-backed lawmaker with a champion who will fight to protect our communities? Your contribution will directly support gun safety Democratic candidates running as they work to UNSEAT each and every Republican who enables these tragedies with their cowardice. >>]( Republican lawmakers don’t care whether our children live or die. Don’t believe us? See for yourself: [Mike Collins' campaign ad]( This is Mike Collins’ campaign ad to represent the Georgia district where Apalachee High School is located. This glorification of weapons of war is horrifying. All Collins and his fellow Republicans care about is scoring cheap political points from the gun lobby while our loved ones continue to be slaughtered. [We can’t afford to waste a single second, {NAME}. We have to fund gun safety champions who are challenging lawmakers who allow our children to be murdered in their schools. Electing these candidates is key to keeping our kids safe. So we need 500 gifts before midnight to rush candidates who are dedicated to banning assault weapons and ending gun violence the resources they need to defeat the gun lobby once and for all. Will you chip in $15? Each and every dollar goes to the campaigns of gun safety Democrats like Rep. Maxwell Frost, Rep. Lucy McBath, and others. >>]( [Chip in $15 now >>]( [Chip in $25 now >>]( [Chip in $50 now >>]( [Chip in $100 now >>]( [Chip in another amount now >>]( Thank you, Team Ban Assault Weapons NOW!        ‚ ‚ BAWN is committed to replacing every cowardly and complacent lawmaker, regardless of party, that denies your right to live without fear of being shot. Legislators that support the deadly proliferation of guns, instead of common sense gun safety measures, are responsible for the carnage of gun violence -- and must be voted out. BAWN also lobbies legislators to support the assault weapon and large capacity magazine ban bills that will help put an end to the slaughter of innocent Americans. But they can’t do this alone. BAWN is relying on your support to kick every coward who refuses to protect our children and families OUT of office. Will you chip in right away?
