The Creative Fund is redistributing the crowdfunding wealth [The Creative Fund: Recent Success Stories]( At BackerKit, itâs important for us to do anything we can to support and encourage all creators. A part of that work is making sure that projects by people from communities that are underrepresented in crowdfunding donât get lost in the shuffle. In addition to the $1 donation that we make to all Kickstarter campaigns through The Creative Fund, we make larger donations to multiple Black-led campaigns and projects about Black and African culture every month. February is Black History Month, and we thought it was the perfect time to share some of The Creative Fund's recent success stories.
