We found out almost immediately that nobody is able to pronounce the name correctly. I figured I would just be able to wait it out and "get used to" everyone's mispronunciations, but flash forward 9 months and it still is like nails on a chalkboard. Here are the two options on the table: 1) Call the baby "Mimi," which is a nickname that works well with her full name. 2) Go through the legal channels and change her first name to "Willa" (our second choice name) and then use her current first name as her middle.
