As a local of our state, she also decided to pursue her higher education here. Graduating from Northern Arizona University with a bachelor's degree before pursuing her master's from Arizona State University. After completing her educational journey, Lauren began her career interning with the White Mountain Democrats in 2016. She furthered her experience in politics by working with Mission For Arizona during the 2020 cycle – helping to win Arizona for Senator Mark Kelly and President Biden. Feeling a passion for grassroots organizing and working towards empowering others, she came to work for the Arizona Democratic Party. As our Organizing Director, she believes that organizing can help our party create meaningful change.
