Fixing our school spending limits, our water infrastructure, repealing the archaic 1800's abortion ban, and much, much more need immediate attention. Unfortunately, Republicans still hold a one-seat margin in each legislative chamber. And while Arizona voters sent a strong message in rejecting MAGA Republicans statewide, the AZ GOP in the legislature has doubled down. They put extremists like Wendy Rogers in leadership positions. This all but guarantees Republicans will refuse to work with Gov. Hobbs in fixing our important issues. So if they aren’t willing to work together, we’ve got to work to defeat them.
