AwesomeStocks Don’t want emails from us anymore? Click [here]( to unsubscribe. Hello! New Alert: SaverOne 2014 Ltd. (NASDAQ: SVRE) SVRE is our brand new NASDAQ high volatility alert. Over the past few weeks SVRE has been consolidating, but yesterday formed what could be the start of a big breakout higher. SVRE has a history of experiencing significant upside in a short period of time and a chart setup suggesting the potential for increased gains. In addition, SVRE announced multiple developments recently... SVRE is a NASDAQ listed “technology company engaged in the design, development and commercialization of OEM and aftermarket solutions and technologies, to lower the risk of, and prevent, vehicle accidents”. “SaverOne's initial line of products is a suite of solutions that saves lives by preventing car accidents resulting from distraction from the use of mobile phones while driving.” SVRE is “also developing a sensor system for early location and direction detection under all visibility conditions of vulnerable road users (VRU) through their cellphone footprint”. As the company further explains: “SaverOne's system is installed in vehicles to provide a solution to the problem of driver distraction, as a result of drivers using distracting applications on the mobile phone while driving, in a way that endangers their safety and the safety of their passengers.” Sadly this “phenomenon is considered one of the main causes of road accidents in the world.” “According to the US National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, the annual cost of road accidents just in the United States, stands at about $870 billion each year, excluding the costs of serious injury or death, with a quarter of those accidents estimated to be related to the use of the mobile phones while driving.” Here is how it works: “SaverOne’s technology specifically recognizes the driver area in the vehicle and prevents the driver from accessing distracting applications such as messaging, while allowing others (e.g. navigation), without user intervention or consent, creating a safer driving environment.” This could be a big opportunity for the company. Their “primary target markets include commercial and private vehicle fleets that are interested in reducing potential damages and significant cost, vehicle manufacturers that are interested in integrating safety solutions to their vehicles, and insurance and leasing companies”. SVRE “initially addresses car fleets with focus on the Israeli, European and US markets, as well as other markets around the world”. In addition, the company's “strategy is to provide its technology for installation to customers in the aftermarket as well as address OEM vehicle manufacturers, to install the Company's protection technologies during the vehicle manufacturing process”. SVRE has announced multiple accomplishments recently that could be significant growth catalysts for the company. In September, the company announced: “SaverOne Expand its Cooperation with Cemex: Launches First European Pilot with Cemex in Spain” As the company explains: “Cemex Group (NYSE: CX) is a global leader in the building materials industry with offices throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia, Africa (EMEA), United States of America (USA), Mexico, South and Central America and the Caribbean (SCA&C). Cemex's supply chain includes maritime and land transportation around the world, with a fleet of many thousands of both heavy and light vehicles.” Here are some of the company’s comments from this press release: “Mr. Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, commented, "This is a significant milestone for SaverOne representing our first pilot in Europe. Our cooperation with Cemex, which started from a small pilot project in Israel and then expanded to their full employee fleet of passenger cars and trucks in Israel, continues to grow internationally and now we have penetrated into Cemex in Europe through Cemex in Spain. Cemex is very much a successful demonstration of our land-and-expand strategy where an initial penetration into a highly strategic local company subsidiary, soon turned into an order covering their entire employee fleet in Israel, and ultimately led to an initial penetration of their European fleet. We are seeing growing traction with this strategy and are increasingly realizing its significant potential. This European Cemex pilot, which comes soon after our recently announced pilots in the USA and Abu Dahbi, marks the first steps in our global expansion."” In October, the company announced: “SaverOne Expands Presence across Private and School Bus Fleets with Six New Customer Wins” Here are some of the company’s comments from this press release: “Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, commented, "After securing our major deal earlier this year for over 1,200 vehicles with leading Israeli public bus company Elektra Afikim, we are continuing to grow and add new customers to our roster in this important vertical. We recently identified the private and school bus transportation verticals as a key strategic focus for SaverOne. We are now seeing solid and increasing traction among bus companies, especially those transporting and responsible for the safety of school children. As these new and growing orders demonstrate, customers and potential customers are increasingly recognizing the value of our solutions, both in Israel and internationally. Preventable accidents continue to claim lives and cause injuries. Our DDPS ensures that drivers remain focused on driving safely and undistracted, mitigating a significant risk."” In addition, the company also announced: “SaverOne Advances its Global Sales Strategy and Appoints European Distributor” Here are some of the company’s comments from this press release: “Commented Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, "Given our MOU with Iveco, a leading Italian based OEM, Italy was the natural choice for our first European country in which to appoint a distributor to strengthen our sales efforts. Our new strategic collaborations are a strong step forward for our expansion throughout Europe and advances our global expansion strategy and sales potential. This new collaboration also follows our recent strategic pilot project with Cemex in Spain, which has proceeded successfully. At the same time, we continue to advance our ongoing collaboration with Iveco, developing our OEM DDPS solution that will be integrated within Iveco's vehicle manufacturing process. We hope to sign a final commercial agreement in the coming months."” Last week, the company announced: “SaverOne Announces First Strategic Pilot in Italy with Tecne Autostrade” - “The pilot trial with the first 10 vehicles from Tecne Autostrade's fleet of 3,000 marks a significant milestone in SaverOne's recent expansion into the Italian market” As the company further explains: “This new pilot project with Tecne aligns with SaverOne's strategy to significantly broaden its presence in European markets. It follows the recent strategic appointment of Mr. Tal Yihie as Italian Country Partner, the new distribution agreement with Milan-based GVZ, as well as SaverOne's MOU and ongoing work with Italian-based OEM Iveco, all of which have enhanced SaverOne's growth and sales strategy in the region.” Here are some of the company’s comments from this press release: “Ori Gilboa, CEO of SaverOne, commented, "Our new collaboration with Tecne is a milestone in our European market expansion and marks our first successful penetration into a key Italian customer. This pilot underscores our commitment to improving transportation safety throughout Europe. Representing the 'land' part of our 'land and expand' strategy, the goal is to 'expand' sales to cover entire fleets following the successful pilot completion. Building on our recent successful pilot in Spain with Cemex, as well as the recent strategic partnerships we have established in the region, we are well positioned in European markets to demonstrate the substantial benefits of our technology in enhancing road safety and operational efficiency for corporate fleets."” Yesterday, the company announced breaking news: “SaverOne Announces New Pilot with Milan-based System Logistics” - “The new pilot with System Logistics marks a second win and demonstrates strong momentum in the Italian Market” After this press release, the company had two additional announcements: - “SaverOne Announces Proposed Underwritten Public Offering” - “SaverOne Announces Withdrawal of Proposed Public Offering” SVRE could be in a position to experience increased growth.
