No experience required Hi {NAME} — Imagine a writing career where there’s no limit to what you can earn… Where YOU are the one in charge of what you do and when you do it… And where you get to pick your writing projects. It’s possible… And I’ve got a decade’s worth of proof in the form of success stories to back up these claims. You see, just over 10 years ago, my business partner Katie and I created a little club. We called it the Barefoot Writer Club. Not because we have anything against shoes… ;) But because the name made us think of freedom. - The freedom to wake up when you please. Our writers set their own schedules. So, whether you like to write in the wee hours, the early afternoon, or anywhere in between, you absolutely can. There are no time cards in this world. - The freedom to work as much — or as little — as your time allows. Ever wish you had more hours in the day for fun? Or even just more time to do your grocery shopping or run to the dentist or read your kid a book without rushing to the end? Well, when you call the shots on your career, you decide how many hours you put in each day. Maybe two. Maybe six. Or maybe you work only on weekends. - The freedom to pick the types of writing projects you do, based solely on whether you want to do it. In fact, if you want to know how to make sure your writing is good, the answer is simple: Write about a topic you enjoy! Your interest and passion will show through. That’s why Barefoot Writers pick their own projects and subjects. It makes them more successful in the end. - Make as much money as you want. I get it — how is this possible? Simple: Take a trillion-dollar industry with growing demand for good writers, and any writer in that industry gets the freedom to set their own standards. Want to earn an extra $30K this year for a new car? You can. Want to replace your old income and sail on past the income your boss’s boss made? You can. There are two things at play here: That trillion-dollar industry I just mentioned, plus a specialized writing skill that not nearly enough people are good at. You already see this trillion-dollar industry at work every day. It shows up in your mailbox, in your inbox, and even in phone texts. It’s the combined effort of all businesses out there trying to communicate with their prospective customers in order to get them to buy. And that’s what makes our world go round, right? Business! Commerce! The exchange of funds! Buuuuut… none of that just happens. People need to be enticed to buy things, right? For instance… you might decide you want a new refrigerator, but you don’t just drop by the store on your way home to grab one. Most people put a little research into it.  You probably want to compare sizes… energy efficiency… façades… manufacturers. And to do that, you need to read. So, you visit websites and review pages. Maybe you sign up for emails in hopes of a coupon. Probably you skim articles on what types of fridges will best suit your home setup. Know where all this writing comes from? Writers! Barefoot Writers, to be more specific. Companies want to hire writers like the Barefoot Writers in our club who can effectively convey a message to someone that ultimately leads them to a purchase. But it needn’t be something as boxy and obvious as a refrigerator… You could also write about gardening equipment… wine varieties… survivalist techniques… sports coaching strategies… medical devices… luxury watches… homeschool curriculums… pet care products… I could go on and on. The point is, any industry where money changes hands is an industry that can hire and pay a Barefoot Writer. And because they need you, you have control over the situation in terms of how much money they pay you, what you’re willing to write for them, and the kind of timeline they should expect. On that note, I should tell you that there is learning involved in this industry. This isn’t something you just buy your way into. You can’t become a card-carrying Barefoot Writer and expect to start making money immediately. But the learning you need to do really just boils down to mastering a simple formula for effective writing. Once you’ve got that down pat, you can advance to the paid ranks of Barefoot Writing. And you can go as fast or as slowly as you please. I’m sure you’re ready to learn more — [click here for an introduction to our Barefoot Writer Club.]( I look forward to getting to know you!
