Dear {NAME}, Have you ever wondered why it’s so hard to do things for ourselves? I’m talking about the big things — the things that we know will make life better … Like joining the world of paid writing. If you enjoy writing … and you’d like more money in your pocket … and you get excited at the idea of total control over your time … Why don’t you just go for it? Turns out, there are some very good reasons … On one hand, life as a paid writer isn’t rocket science. It’s not hard to learn. Thousands of people are already doing it. You’re probably smarter than a lot of them. But here’s the thing … For most people, possibly you, choosing a life of unlimited earning power, freedom, and flexibility means you have to face CHANGE.  And change can be scary. It means you have to square up who you are right now and where you come from … With where you want to go. So if your parents or siblings don’t make a lot of money or don’t love their jobs … it’s hard to step up and announce that you do.  If your friends all work down at the shop on the corner … it’s hard to tell them you want something different. Something more.  But ask yourself this …  Why not you? Don’t you deserve to be happy? To have more money? To plan your days as you see fit? Don’t you deserve to do something you truly enjoy?  This is where a lot of would-be successful writers get tripped up. They tell themselves the writing part of life as a Barefoot Writer is hard.  But that’s not true at all. That part can be learned. What’s hard is stepping out from the shadows and declaring you deserve better. And here’s the thing … Once you’re living the paid writer’s life, it helps everyone around you. Say a friend gets sick and has to spend several days in the hospital … You can be there for her, helping her through it. You don’t have to take time off work or sacrifice income. Barefoot Writer Joyce Hollman did this recently when her friend Sandy was admitted to the hospital for days of scary tests. Nobody else could come. So Joyce sat calmly by her side, laptop ready for writing whenever Sandy slept. Joyce (right) with her friend Sandy Or Kristen Dalton, who rescued the studio where her daughter learns baton twirling. When the business faced financial struggles, Kristen headed a fundraiser — aided chiefly by her writing skills — and brought the business much-needed cash-flow. Kristen Dalton So, I get it. I’ve faced those same challenges. I hesitated to step out of my box, to separate myself from what my friends and family members thought or expected I’d do.  But after I took the leap and did it …  I never looked back. Life got so much better, so much more fun and  relaxed … And my friends and family see how happy I am now that I’m a writer. But it’s still hard to take that first step, right? Hard to break the mold and go out on your own to do what you want to do.  So, imagine someone holding your hand, pointing you in the right direction …  Picture someone telling you it’s okay to do what you really want to do … That it’s time … that you can do this … that we’re here for you every step of the way. [That’s exactly what the Barefoot Writer Club does.]( We want to make it as easy as possible for you to break away from ordinary. Which is why we’re offering a very limited-time 65% OFF discount to the Barefoot Writer Club. [Click here to get started.]( To your life success, Mindy McHorse Executive Editor, Barefoot Writer  P.S.
