– Oren Etzioni Hi {NAME}, When it comes to AI, writers seem to fall into one of two camps: 1. "It's the end of the world for writers" camp, OR 2. "This is the best thing ever for writers" camp Subconsciously, I think the one camp … the end of the world camp … is struggling with a fear of change. I 100% get it … I was in publishing when digital books hit the scene. It was the "end of book publishing forever!" But that experience taught me change is inevitable. And learning to ride waves, and adapt, is always the right answer. And by gathering more information, and learning more about what you're afraid of, you may realize you don't have anything to fear. (Unless, of course, you're searching for things that prove your fears. We've all experienced confirmation bias at some point, and savvy marketers sure know how to get us to click! 😉) One of the biggest fears writers seem to have with AI is that they will be replaced. But when you dig into what AI does … and what it "writes" … you'll start to see it for what it really is: a really great tool for writers.
