Watch the replay of Jennie's Live Coaching Session with two writers! Plus, our financial aid application window closes tomorrow [whats_brewing]( New Name, Same Course Those of you in our [certification program]( will notice a slight change in your course: A new name! As we announced in our State of the Company email series in January, we have been working toward removing the “Advanced” designation from our certification program and from the title that our certified coaches use to identify themselves. It was a relic of our initial vision of what the certification program would look like and is no longer relevant. That change is now complete with the renaming of the fiction and nonfiction courses to Book Coach Certification: Fiction and Book Coach Certification: Nonfiction. The name is the only change that has been made – the content and resources of each course remain the same, and everyone who has purchased either course still has access. Last Day to Apply for Financial Aid! The current application window for our financial aid program for Black, Latinx, Indigenous and other people of color closes tomorrow, March 31st! As part of our commitment to training a diverse range of people, who can, in turn, serve a diverse range of writers, which will result in more diverse books, we offer [financial aid]( to BIPOC who are interested in becoming book coaches and feel that the cost of our courses is a barrier. We cover 80% of the cost for financial aid recipients who enroll in our fiction or nonfiction certification programs. More information and the application can be found by clicking the link below. Please feel free to share this opportunity with anyone in your community who might be interested. Our next window for financial aid opens June 1st. [LEARN MORE ABOUT FINANCIAL AID]( Last Day to Enroll in Standalone Business Master Class We are so excited to be this close to launching our new [Business of Book Coaching Mastermind program]( next week! The Mastermind is designed to give our coaches not only the expert guidance you expect from us, but also the peer support you need to succeed after earning certification. We recognized this gap in the current Business of Book Coaching master class, which does not come with any community or staff support. So to close that gap, we will be rolling the Business of Book Coaching master class into the Mastermind program. This means that come April 1st, the Business of Book Coaching master class will no longer be available for purchase as a standalone course. While we deeply believe that joining the Mastermind will be the best way to set our certified coaches up for success, we know that some of you may have been planning to enroll in the Business master class before earning certification, or have not yet decided whether the Mastermind is for you. So if you would like to enroll in the standalone Business master class, you have until tomorrow, March 31st, to do so. You can see more information about the master class and purchase it by clicking the link below. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
