Yesterday I told you the morning of a Fed announcement will typically see a new high and then go stagnant until the announcement. Then if you recall some of my live sessions over the past week I showed everyone how the markets following the Fed announcement tend to have wild swings this year. That was exactly the case yesterday. After the Fed announcement with a 1.8% move down initially in the ES, then a 2.4% move back up only to turn back down another 4% to the overnight lows last night. We had an outstanding Fed Day live session yesterday for those that joined us. During the live session I showed members how to use research to your advantage to project where the ES may go on the Fed. Our bottom end projection was 3765 which was about as close as it gets to being spot on with the overnight low 3766.
