[Start your new year off right — click here to get it all!]() [image] We’re on to day three of the new year. We’ve had day one a continuation of the prior year with the same stocks making higher prices. Day two there was a switch to the classic stocks such as IBM and F. Now that we are on day three we’re seeing both some upside and downside. I’ll be using 16129 on a closing basis on the NQ (Nasdaq futures) to spot an early trend down. Currently I’m bullish on the ES (S&P 500 futures) as long as it’s above 4771 and my target to the upside this week is 4808. As far as stocks go, I held the TLT position because I perceived that it would go lower and that’s proven out to be true. We will reposition TLT sometime today. Yesterday we went short ½ a position on SHAK. I bought long-term options to take advantage of it and right now I want to see the stock break 70 to add to the position. We’ll take profit today on the NVDA covered call and then lower the strike for February. ~ TBUZ [image] [image] Macerich Co, MAC, a self-administered and self-managed REIT, is a value play. Watch the 50-day moving average for solid closes. From there, $22 and $25 will be in sight. RISK DISCLAIMER There is a very high degree of risk involved in trading.
