The conversations has sparked thoughts, ideas and plans that had not been said out loud beforehand. Our session started with an exercise encouraging everyone to say out loud their Dream Job. How refreshing it was for everyone to speak with Joy of their future while embracing the present. It's always amazing how one day, one meeting, one conversation can change our lives for the better...forever. Before any inspirations become reality, you have to give yourself PERMISSION TO DREAM. Take time this week to ask yourself, what is the Big Dream that you will make happen? Ask the same of your Team and your Family. Khalilah is licensed to practice law in the state of Maryland and serves in support of a number of local and national civic organizations including as a life member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. -and- Rudy Blanco Director of Entrepreneurship and Gaming, Dreamyard Rudy Blanco is a former educator with over 15 years of experience in the field, including work with the New York City Department of Education. Through his leadership, Rudy has managed and overseen various initiatives that promote the use of technology for learning and career development in the community.
