Hi {NAME} -- We've seen stories about hundreds of new voter suppression laws in 2021. Republicans are fighting to win by shrinking the electorate. And now it seems like judicial challenges from Democrats will no longer be effective. According to the New York Times, “Republican voter suppression laws passed in Georgia and Florida ... have so many new provisions that Democrats find troublesome both politically and legally that it is proving overwhelming to confront the measures one by one in court.” The courts were already treacherous territory for Democrats given that President Trump spent his entire term packing them with his loyal allies. However, it's now clear that Democrats won't be able to fix voter suppression problems in court by 2022 simply because the Republicans have so drastically expanded their efforts. One thing is crystal clear, {NAME}: In 2022, Democrats are going to have to win by out-organizing and out-working our opponents at the ballot box. Republicans have tried to limit voting rights for years now, and Democrats still win elections. And we're going to do it again in 2022, but only if we're fully prepared. [We're $952 short of our daily fundraising goal. If we get to that number, we'll be on track to get Democrats the resources they need to overcome voter suppression and win in 2022.
